When we dispatch your order, we will send you a confirmation email.
Smaller items will be sent standard post via Royal Mail. Larger items will be delivered using reputable courier companies.
If the order value warrants recorded delivery, we will send you a unique tracking number so you can track your delivery.

To check the status of a delivery please email email@example.com or use the tracking number and delivery postcode provided in your dispatch email. Please allow 36 hours from receipt of your confirmation email before tracking your order. Our couriers will usually call between 8am and 7pm, Monday to Friday. Some of our couriers may also attempt delivery on Saturdays during busy periods.
A signature may be requested on delivery. If you are not in when our couriers try to deliver and they cannot find a safe location to leave the package, they will leave a card and then attempt to deliver 2 more times, usually on the following working days. To arrange a more convenient redelivery day, please follow the instructions on the card left by the courier.
Please note we cannot cancel an order or change a delivery address once the parcel has been dispatched.

If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card will be left by the postal service to advise on how your delivery can be collected.
Larger orders will be delivered by a local courier who will attempt to deliver your order 3 times or leave with a neighbour. They will leave a notice card after each delivery attempt. Please follow the instructions on this card to collect your order or arrange redelivery.
